As a Sales Engineer you are focused to guarantee customer satisfaction and deliver coffee like a Barista would. Together with sales and other internal departments, you ensure that customers will benefit from the products and services that Veromatic International BV can offer. In addition to the wide range of coffee systems, also other hot and cold beverage systems are developed and produced. You will be involved in innovations with regard to the products, services, processes, technologies from a commercial point of view.
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction by offering support during questions customers might have and introduce solutions;
- Maintain customer relationships and by doing so aware of customer desires;
- Coordinate projects that will lead to optimization;
- Provide external as well as internal training;
- Learn and align on technical system developments in collaboration with R&D;
- Handle the dealer portal (instructions for use, manuals and parts catalog).
- Bachelor degree in Technical Business Administration or equivalent;
- 3+ years of experience in a technical-commercial position;
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Internationally oriented and prepared to travel.
